Alexandra Settle works remotely as a technical writer with the Rackspace Cloud Builders Australia team. Alex began her career as a writer for the cloud documentation team at Red Hat, Australia. She has had a keen interest in IT since high school, prefers Fedora over other Linux distributions, and loves potatoes. She was also part of a team that authored the OpenStack Architecture Design Guide, and hopes to further promote involvement in the OpenStack community within Australia.
Since learning to drive a turtle in circles as a child, Brian Moss has loved working with computers. Life takes funny turns though, and he spent his university years earning a doctorate in ancient languages. After moving to Australia from Canada in 2010, Brian discovered the world of technical writing and he is now a Senior Content Developer documenting cloud software for Rackspace.
Jodi is a technical writer for US-based IX company IIX. She has a broad background in professional writing and journalism but discovered a passion for Linux and open source after landing a gig with Red Hat.
